Please contact with us within 3 days after the auction, and payment be made within 5 business days after the auction, unless otherwise agreed.

When you make payment please use both the auction number and your TradeMe ID as the reference. If the reference is incorrect or missing, it can cause delays to the transaction since we won’t know who made the payment.

Lay-by Payment:
 
If you would like to Lay-by our products we can email you the contract and terms and conditions.

There is no minimum purchase amount required. A Lay-by order can take place with a 20% deposit. All Layby purchases must be completed within 4 months from date of invoice or all payments will be retained to Scarles with no refund and the contract will be terminated.
 
Price/ Invoice:
 
All prices are GST inclusive and GST invoices are available on request.

Delivery:
 
We use Courier Post for all our deliveries and are all NON SIGNATURE. If you require signature delivery there will be an extra fee involved. Delivery occurs Monday-Friday each week and we do not offer Saturday Delivery or delivery on Public Holidays.
 

Warranty:
 
We operate within the rules of the Consumer Guarantees Act, and we will provide a remedy under that act if the goods are faulty in any way.

All goods, unless stated otherwise, are guaranteed to fulfill the specifications listed in our listed auction, and to perform the tasks for which they are intended.

Warranty is applied to return to the base, so you need to send or bring it back to us with your cost to get service.
We do not cover any additional fitment costs, certification costs, extra parts required to make the item fit or work or any loss of time/wages/business occurred. The product provided even if it is stated as a “direct fit” does not imply no additional parts maybe required.

Consumer Guarantees Act:
 
We follow the general rules in the Consumer Guarantees Act.

In addition to your rights, your warranty is under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

However, if you are purchasing for the purposes of a business, you should agree that the terms of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 shall not apply.

All warranties and conditions implied under any other statutes (including the Sale of Goods Act 1908) are expressly excluded from your warranty.
