EGR (EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION SYSTEM) Blanking Block Plate Ford Ranger PJ & PK 3.2L

Many vehicles have a exhaust gas recirculation system in the engines, basically what this does is recirculate some of the exhaust gases back into the intake manifold and the purpose of this is to reduce NOx emissions which for the environment is a good thing, however this has a negative effect on the performance of your turbo Nissan Patrol. The benefit of the blanking plate will mean it will reduce carbon particles from clogging up your inlet manifold, it will redirect 100% of exhaust gases back through your turbo which means your turbo will spool quicker.

* Benefits: less carbon build up in intake manifold
* Less carbon build up in the vacuum lines
* Less oil contamination in the oil galleries
* Your turbo will spool up quicker

This may bring up a fault code on your dash when installed because of the change of the emissions control to your vehicle. Which means it may show up the engine check light, if this happens the centre just needs to a 10mm hole drilled and this should fix the light however in both cases it is possible the issue may not occur.

Can I exchange my order for something different?

We have a free returns policy and accept returns for any reason. You can return any item for an exchange or store credit, cash or bank refund within 30 days of purchase.  The product must be  in original condition and packaging


Will I have to pay for the return shipping?

You will need to cover the return costs. We are developing a free return shipping process but it is not fully developed yet. 


Can I return my order to a store?

You can return your online order to our retail outlet, all you need is your order invoice as proof of purchase. The address is 41 Patiki Road, Rosebank, Auckland


I have received the wrong item in my order, what should I do?

If you receive an incorrect product, please contact straight away with your name and order number so that we can resolve this for you. 


I have received something faulty, what should I do?

If you receive a faulty item please contact with your name, order number and as many details as possible. We will resolve any issues with faulty items as quickly as we can.


What happens if over time my item becomes faulty?

We have a 90-day return policy for any faulty items. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact for further assistance. Please provide your order number and clearly explain the fault. If possible include a photograph so that we can quickly assess it. We will deem the item faulty at our discretion. If the item has been misused, or the care instructions have not been followed you will not be eligible to claim the item as faulty.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we deliver to over 220 countries. Russia is the only country with limited service; orders must be directed to a business address.


Can I use a PO Box for my delivery address?

We are unable to deliver directly to PO Box addresses, as a signature is required on delivery. 


Will I need to sign for my order?

Yes, we recommend that you provide us with an address where someone will be available to sign for the delivery. If nobody is home when delivery is attempted a “Card to Call” will be left. You can then arrange for redelivery or collection.
